Q: What time is your website open to shop?
A: It's open 24/7.
Q: If I live in Vermont, can I still order from your website?
A: Yes! This website is here for customers who prefer to shop online and for customers who would like to have me as their representative but live outside the Albany/Saratoga NY region.
Q: Help! I want to start shopping online, what do I do first?
A: First, register as an e-Customer. To do this, click on the REGISTER NOW (upper left, above the SHOP tab). When you have completed the registration process, you will be directed to the SHOP area.
Q: What delivery method should I pick while checking out?
A: During the checkout process, you will be asked to select a delivery method: Personal Delivery or Direct Delivery.
Personal Delivery is free home delivery & you pay for your order at time of delivery, not when you place your order using this website. This delivery option is to be selected ONLY if you live within the Albany/Saratoga/Schenectady region.
Direct Delivery is shipped to your home/business for a low fee & payment is required at the time you place your order through this website. This delivery option is to be selected if you live outside the Albany/Saratoga/Schenectady region.
Q: I don't like shopping online can I call you with my order?
A: Yes, you can call or even email your order to me.
However, if you live outside the Albany/Saratoga/Schenectady region, shipping may be delayed and cost a little more than if you placed the order through this website. I will need to receive payment before I can send out the order. Payment can be made via money order or PayPal.
If you live within the Albany/Saratoga/Schenectady region, personal delivery will be free and ontime as usually.
