For every $10.00 in Avon products you buy through December 11, 2008 you will receive one Holiday Buck that you can spend beginning in January 2008 (Bucks are not valid to use until Campaign 2) You cannot use more than $5.00 in holiday bucks in any one campaign. Restock fee for shoes and other large items
Dear Valued Customers,
I regret that I must charge a restock fee for shoes and other large items due to abuse by a few customers. If the item is not defective, I will charge $3.85 to restock the shoes and/or large items. This is the approx. cost of the return shipment fee I have to pay to Avon. If the item is defective, you can exchange or return without the restock fee.
Please remember, if you have wide feet or unusual feet, you may want to refrain from ordering shoes from a catalog.

I regret to have to do this, but I have had problems with new customers canceling orders. If you have never ordered from me before and your order is $50 or more, you will have to do one of the following:
1. Pay for your order on line when ordering using my Webpage.
2. Pay a restock fee that is equal to 10% of the total cost of your return (not including tax and the service fee).
3. Contact me prior to the order deadline to inform me you want to cancel. Please contact me if you need the cutoff dates sent to you.
